Engineering

From preliminary feasibility studies through to detailed process plant design GBM has the knowledge and experience to be able to offer you a wide range of consultancy and engineering services. GBM specialises in the design of innovative mineral process plants and their associated infrastructure.

Procurement and Logistics

Whether you require assistance tendering for bids, on-site representation or full procurement, expediting, logistics and contract management services, GBM’s Procurement Team has a well established and proven procurement capability. All procurement activities are overseen by our London office with procurement personnel mobilized to site when necessary.

Construction Management

During the construction phase of your project GBM can provide a full range of construction and commissioning management services. Our Construction Managers will plan, co-ordinate and control your project from site preparation through to handover and ensure that the work on site is completed to strict standards and procedures that focus on site safety, quality and cost.

Infrastructure

Whether an upgrade to an existing facility or complete engineering design and construction of a new project, GBM can develop all aspects of the operation, from the plant itself through to all associated infrastructure. From the design of access and service roads and drainage through to communications, staff accommodation and facilities, you can be assured that GBM will design a site that is safe and functional.

Consultancy

Our highly experienced team of Engineers is supported in house by technical specialists in Metallurgy, Process, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation and Civil & Structural Engineering.
