Experience

Gold and Silver

Precious metal producers have retained GBM to design and execute new plants, extensions and retrofits to existing facilities.

GBM has completed engineering studies for Biox, CIP/CIL, Heap Leach and tailings recovery projects worldwide, and has successfully designed and installed full production gold plants in Canada, Africa, Russia and CIS, Far East and China. Recently GBM has completed studies on two Silver projects in Russia.

Nickel & Copper

GBM is currently involved in the design of a nickel heap leach project and the evaluation of a number of copper concentrators and a copper smelter project.

Zinc

GBM is working on the design and construction of zinc extraction and refinery facilities for zinc/copper ore and zinc oxide deposits.

Iron Ore

Recently GBM has been approached the undertake iron ore projects across the globe, GBM has previously worked on primary iron ores, manganese/ iron and magnetite projects therefore has the experience and expertise to complete these projects.

Debottlenecking

Debottlenecking is an integral part of the design process; GBM has studied projects specifically to identify areas within existing facilities that constrain the production rate, providing engineered solutions, and installing the upgrades.
