KEY PERSONNEL
| Mike Short - Managing Director |
Michael Short is a Chartered Engineer (UK & Australia) with 30 years of project management and site construction experience on a broad range of projects, including the last 24 years on the engineering, design and construction of gold and copper/lead/zinc ore treatment plants in Africa, Central Asia, Russia, Europe, Asia and Australia. During this period he has acted as Project Manager and Site Construction Manager on greenfield plants, as well as on extensions to existing plants, and has gained significant experience in the preparation, administration and implementation of projects whilst working to clients' requirements of quality, budget and time schedules.

| Craig Bailey - General Manager |
Craig Bailey is a Chemical Engineer most recently employed as a Process/Project Engineer and Project Manager with GBM in the UK and Hatch Associates in Australia and South Africa, consulting to the Mining, Minerals and Refining industry. Other experience includes commissioning, field & design engineering, planning & scheduling, cost control in Turkey, Canada, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique and Australia.

| Ludwig du Toit - General Manager Engineering |
Ludwig du Toit joined GBM in October 2007 from Bateman Minerals and Metals in Johannesburg, South Africa. He holds a mechanical engineering degree from Stellenbosch University as well as MAP from Wits Business School in South Africa. He has 15 years experience in the minerals and metals industry including Southern Africa, Australia, CIS, China and South America. His experience in this industry includes engineering and design, project management, business development, project finance and high level project negotiations. He also has extensive experience in the field of materials handling.

| Alex Mitchell - Senior Metallurgist |
Alex Mitchell is a Chartered Engineer (UK) and has over 30 year’s experience in the field of mineral processing in design, operating and consulting roles. He has significant experience in the processing and beneficiation of all metals and minerals including gold and base metals (copper-lead-zinc-nickel) as well as iron ore and industrial minerals.

| John Thomson - Procurement and Logistics Manager |
John Thomson is a member of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and has over 34 years of experience in International Contract Administration, Procurement Procedures and Logistics; 24 of which were working on mining projects in locations including Papua New Guinea, Australia, Central Asia, Iran, Indonesia, Malaysia, China and Africa.

| Ron Dobbie - Drawing Office Manager |
Ron Dobbie has 38 years experience in heavy engineering, plant design and site installation. He has successfully managed several medium sized drawing offices and is currently the GBM drawing Office Manager. He has 5 years as factory manager with fabrication company – manufacturer and installation of valves and pipework, and a total of 6 years with GBM – site supervision and survey – office management. In addition, he holds C.I.T.B. planning supervisor (CDM) certificate.
